With the ambition to create high end furniture, GAUSMANN wants to change the way we spend most of our lives: completely relaxed at home with well-being and healthy sleep. For many generations, experienced upholstered master and carpenter bedroom furniture, sofas and single furniture have been handcrafted to the highest quality, using state-of-the art technology.

More than 100 years of experience in furniture construction are in the products of GAUSMANN. Which is particularly important for us: then as today we produce in East Westphalia and now in other high-quality International production sites. The quality of our production depends not only on the materials but in particular on the quality of the employees and the fabrication. Our German production is the benchmark for the high quality standard of GAUSMANN products and German craftsmanship worldwide.

In addition to the craftsmanship, the technical requirements are also of particular importance, especially for our mattresses. Here we continuously invest in the best possible technologies from Germany and Italy and thus set high standards for our premium products and their reliability for quality and long lifespan.

For a special quality, it is essential to use only the best of raw materials. Cover fabrics from Italy and Belgium, foam from high end manufacturers worldwide, timber materials from reprocessed and strictly controlled agricultural areas and fitting techniques from Germany.

For optimal quality it is important to carry out constant and strict quality controls. GAUSMANN has clear specifications for all quality controllers worldwide. Only in this way we achieve a uniform standard for our products. Continuing education and cross-national exchange of experience are necessary for this. Our inspectors are also trained in dealing with employees so that their work and criticism can be implemented in positive agreement with the employees.
